I have no problems using it as a basic keyboard but if I want to use the special facilities they do not work.

I have tried the following:-

1) Moved the USB flash disc which comes with the keyboard to different sockets several times.

2) Deleted the software for Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Centre (64 bit_ENG_3.0.337) and downloaded it again at least twice.

3) When I go into 'Set Up' in this software I get the message 'Set up cannot continue because one or more files are missing or damaged. Run set up again from the software CD ROM or another reliable installation service'. The software came from Microsoft and I have no CD ROM.

4) I have also tried deleting the software from my hard drive using an old wired keyboard, switching off and inserting the flash disk and switching on again. It still only works as a basic keyboard.

4) From memory I think I plugged in the flashdisk, inserted batteries and immediately started using the keyboard after purchase.
